In line with the new development with regards to Covid-19 pandemic in Seychelles, SCAA in accordance with the health authority guidelines and recommendations, has re-enforced its prevention measures at both Seychelles International Airport and Praslin Airport, to help prevent further community transmission.
The following measures shall strictly be observed at all the SCAA Gates:
- Triage shall continue at all gates. Any symptomatic staff or airport user shall be denied entry to SCAA premises.
- All SCAA and service provider staff accessing any gate or check-point, be it as a pedestrian or in a vehicle, shall wear masks. Any person not in compliance with these requirements shall be refused entry.
- SCAA staff, service providers and visitors are advised not to gather in groups larger than 5 persons at the Seychelles International Airport and Praslin Airport
- All the three main preventive measures of Covid-19 inclusive of social distancing, washing or sanitizing of hands and wearing face masks are being complied with.
All airport users and staff accessing the Seychelles International Airport or Praslin Airport, upon passing a security or traffic checkpoint are strictly requested to wear a face mask.
